Hani is the founder of SKEMATICS Architecture & Development Consultants, and one of Australia's highly experienced architects. He has a balanced understanding of both function and form with over 35 years in the field. His concepts are designed to stand the test of time, technically & aesthetically. Raymond Nassour is an established Architect and Construction manager, a partner since 1986. He has a substantial experience in practical design and construction of sturdy and cost efficient buildings. He has been active in the Masters Builders Association and has completed a number of successful boutique developments around Mebourne.

Jean Tabet is a structural & civil engineer and an Associate & representative of SKEMATICS in the Middle East. He has been involved in the structural design and development of a substantial number of projects in the region since 1988. With a broad experience in structural design, construction and development, he offers valuable advice and support to our clients in the region.
