A progressive architectural partnership based in Melbourne, Australia. Established in 1993, the practice is a specialist project design and management operation. Projects designed and developed in the fields of hospitality, residential, commercial, retail and industrial for clients in Australia, the Middle East and South East Asia.
SKEMATICS Architects are committed to professional and fine design. The firm believes in the provision of comprehensive and fully integrated consultancy services. A full service for project development from inception to completion is provided with serious consideration to budget and time. The team reflects the personal commitment of each member to professional integrity in pursuing and achieving quality projects.

Hani is the founder of SKEMATICS Architecture & Development Consultants, and one of Australia's highly experienced architects. He has a balanced understanding of both function and form with over 35 years in the field. His concepts are designed to stand the test of time, technically & aesthetically. "Architecture is a progressive science, constantly adapting to new technology and refreshed with innovative concepts."

Raymond Nassour is an established Architect and Construction manager, a partner since 1986. He has a substantial experience in practical design and construction of sturdy and cost efficient buildings. He has been active in the Masters Builders Association and has completed a number of successful boutique developments around Mebourne.

Jean Tabet is a structural & civil engineer and an Associate & representative of SKEMATICS in the Middle East. He has been involved in the structural design and development of a substantial number of projects in the region since 1988. With a broad experience in structural design, construction and development, he offers valuable advice and support to our clients in the region.
