Construction phase
  • Supervise construction and coordinate the project managers to ensure a timely, quality controlled completion.
  • Coordinate authorities, marketing agents and other relevant consultants required to deliver the project.

Facilities Management
  • Research financial and environmental efficiency to extend building lifespan.
  • Develop facilities management plan for completed buildings.
  • Optimise building equipment and systems performance.
